Our kitchen on Amstelveenseweg is twenty-eight square metres and three pairs of hands. Corporate catering is the bigger half of what we pack — team lunches, recurring weekly deliveries, meetings, studios, launches. Same hands, same seasonal rules, delivered warm and collected the same evening.

    The menu rewrites itself with the market. If it isn't in season, we don't pretend — your Tuesday box is what Amsterdam is eating that Tuesday.

    Nothing is pre-cooked off-site. Three pairs of hands, one small kitchen — every box packed the morning of delivery, never the night before.

    No waste
    Lacquer boxes delivered, collected and washed by us. Vegetable trim becomes tomorrow's stock. Zero single-use packaging — ever.

    Fair price
    Priced for a good lunch, not a quiet flex. €9 to €18 a box, monthly invoice, one line item — the same number we'd charge ourselves.
